Blyth Adjusts Its 2008 Fiscal Outlook

Blyth, Inc., a multi-channel designer and marketer of home fragrance products and household convenience items, increased its outlook for fiscal year 2008.

Management increased its expectations for cash flow from operations to be in excess of $90 million for fiscal year 2008 versus prior guidance of cash flow from operations in excess of $85 million. Capital expenditures of approximately $12 million are also anticipated.
